Research interests:
I am an anthropological archaeologist with broad research interests in community-based approach, geospatial analysis, ecology, material culture, cultural heritage, and human-environment interaction. My research utilizes spatial analyses to understand and assess communal, social, and religious spaces, colonial ideologies, plants use, waterscape, and heritage management of pre-modern and historical sites in Mainland Southeast Asia, mainly Northern Thailand, and Laos.
